Fitlien Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitlien web application ("Service") provided by COSQ Network Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

Fitlien provides gym management software including but not limited to:

• Membership management
• Gym profile publishing
• Service and schedule management
• Subscription billing

3. Free Trial

We offer a 3-month free trial period ("Trial Period") with full access to our Service. At the end of the Trial Period:

• Your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled
• You must provide valid payment information to continue using the Service

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our subscription plans are tiered based on customer acquisition order:

• First 100 customers: ₹999/month + 18% GST
• Customers 101-500: ₹1,999/month + 18% GST
• Beyond 500 customers: ₹9,999/month + 18% GST

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• Payments are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

4.3 Assisted Setup

Optional assisted installation and setup is available for a one-time fee of ₹19,999 + 18% GST.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You remain liable for all charges incurred up to termination

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
