Fitlien Cancellation Policy

Important: This policy outlines the terms for canceling your Fitlien
subscription. By using our service, you agree to this cancellation policy.
1. Free Trial Period
- Your 3-month free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before
the trial ends
- No payment information is required during the trial period
- You will receive reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before trial ends
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
- Log in to your Fitlien account dashboard
- Navigate to "Billing & Subscription" section
- Follow the cancellation prompts
- You will receive email confirmation upon successful cancellation
2.2 Cancellation Deadlines
NOTE To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you
must cancel at least 48 hours before your current billing period ends.
2.3 Post-Cancellation Access
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- All your data will be preserved for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, all data may be permanently deleted
3. Refund Policy
- All subscription fees are non-refundable
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Exceptions may be considered for technical issues we cannot resolve within 72 hours
4. Assisted Setup Fees
- The one-time assisted installation fee (₹19,999 + GST) is non-refundable once services have been
rendered
- Cancellation before work begins may qualify for full refund
5. Consequences of Cancellation
- Immediate loss of premium features after billing period ends
- Your gym profile and member data will become inaccessible
- You may need to re-subscribe and pay setup fees if you wish to return
6. Reactivation
- You may reactivate within 30 days without losing data
- After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
- Pricing will be based on current rates (not your original rate)
